Following on from the government announcement this afternoon all Year 13 students will receive their CAGs this evening.

“This has been a hugely challenging and unusual time, and our staff and students have overcome the hurdles admirably. We have seen just how hard our pupils have been studying throughout the last two years and are delighted that this has been recognised,” said Head, Rupert Heathcote.

“I would like to pay tribute to the huge amount of work undertaken by our fantastic staff to continue providing stimulating and engaging classes throughout last term, and the way the whole school community adapted to the necessary changes. I am very proud of what we have achieved together this year.”

The vast majority of QEH leavers will be taking up their places at university, including top Russell Group universities, to study courses ranging from Fine Art to Engineering. Jonathan Lee, who studied Maths, Further Maths, Advanced Physics and Chemistry, will be taking up his place to study Mathematics at Trinity College, Cambridge. School Captain Sylvie Livingstone, who studied Art and Design, History and Religious Studies, will be moving to Italy to study Fine Art at the Florence Classical Art Academy, having gained a place on their prestigious one year course.

At QEH Junior School, learning goes beyond the classroom with a wide range of clubs in sports, arts, STEM, and more. With expert coaching and sessions throughout the day, every pupil can discover new passions and develop key skills.

Thank you for making Alec’s first week so enjoyable. He’s loved every day and has come home really happy. In particular, he’s said the other boys have made him feel really included and like he’s always been there.
