Back to St George’s

As well as being Head of Religion and Philosophy, Zak leads our digital vision. He was instrumental in developing our excellent online learning offering during lockdown, much to the relief of our parents, and is now leading the roll out of our school device programme.

It was an absolute pleasure to return to the stunning St George’s Concert Hall for our Spring Concert.

130 students took part in this wonderful event that included a variety of music performed and sung by many of the school’s junior and senior chamber ensembles as well as the school choir, wind band and orchestra.

Each performance was really special and every student really upped their game for the concert. Thank you to all those who took part (students, staff and visiting music teachers). The acoustic is world-renowned and raised the quality of the performances to a whole new level.

QEH pupils enjoyed an unforgettable cricket tour in Cape Town, competing fiercely, exploring iconic sights, and spotting wildlife at Aquila.

On stage!

Year 11, 12 and 13 Art students went to the Ashmolean Museum in Oxford for a tour by Clare Cory, the Learning Officer for Secondary and Young People. It was her first tour since lockdown so she was particularly energised and enthusiastic with the group!

On my first day of Senior School it felt like I was let into a new family.
