We are delighted to announce that our Girls in STEM seminars are back!

The first, held on Tuesday 15 February, will focus on women working in the built environment and will feature talks from architects, surveyors and construction project managers. The second, held on Tuesday 1 March, will focus on women working within medicine and we will be welcoming a number of doctors across a variety of specialties to talk to attendees.

At each event there is plenty of time for questions and a networking opportunity for the girls over refreshments. Each event runs from 5.00pm – 7.00pm.

The seminars will be most suited to girls in Years 9 – 11. Registration is essential.

Please note that registration for these seminars is now closed, and the medical event has reached capacity. To be added to the waiting list please email events@qehbristol.co.uk.

Duke of Edinburgh Award students give back

We are delighted that our pupils have been successful in their efforts to gain top GCSE grades after 18 months of Covid-related disruption to learning. This year’s exam success is a result of the pupils’ commitment to learning, ably supported by both teachers and parents.

I believe attending QEH has significantly improved my daughter's life. QEH has helped her grow in confidence and character, as well as academically. Your teachers and support staff have guided my daughter to develop her true potential. She now has brilliant life skills with improved critical thinking, analysis and communication. I am honoured and proud to be allowed to be associated with your school.
